Please upvote if you see this. There is an ongoing Duelyst revival project that is making very *very* good progress and is set to have a closed alpha coming very soon. Expected launch of the game (which is version 0.6 duelyst iirc) is set for later this year. Search for the official Duelyst discord for more info, there's a lot of good stuff going on there and people are seriously dedicated to bringing Duelyst back to life. They even got permission from Duelyst's old development team to go forward with the project. Look it up, really good stuff coming for us soon. DUELYST IS COMING BACK.

S-rank player here. Or was, when I played. I'll boil everything going wrong right now with one simple example. By beating a Boss (A fairly challenging PvE Event), you get a Boss Crate. How do you open the Crate? By paying for a key. That's right. By working and beating a boss, you unlock the right to pay for stuff.

Forgive me for not playing you more often. You were an unique game that made me truely enjoy strategy, and I regret seeing you go. Hopefully you come back or maybe I can find a game that can give me what made you so wonderful, but I doubt it. Goodbye Duelyst.
