It took an hour to click, and then I could not put it down
It took an hour to click, and then I could not put it down. The RPG, Story, Open World mix is what kept me playing; The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt knows what it wants to be. On paper it is The benchmark for open-world storytelling, still unbeaten., and for once the game mostly lives up to that. Short sessions work fine here; I rarely lost progress to a bad checkpoint. There is more content here than the price suggests. Easy recommend at full price.

This one kept creeping back into my thoughts during the workday
This one kept creeping back into my thoughts during the workday. If RPG, Story, Open World is your thing, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt delivers it without much filler. On paper it is The benchmark for open-world storytelling, still unbeaten., and for once the game mostly lives up to that. Short sessions work fine here; I rarely lost progress to a bad checkpoint. The UI takes a little getting used to, but everything is where you expect it. If you are on the fence, give it a shot.

This one kept creeping back into my thoughts during the workday
This one kept creeping back into my thoughts during the workday. The RPG, Story, Open World mix is what kept me playing; The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt knows what it wants to be. It helps that the premise (The benchmark for open-world storytelling, still unbeaten.) actually shows up in the moment-to-moment play. Pacing is generous, checkpoints are fair, and the whole thing respects your time. There is more content here than the price suggests. Easy recommend at full price.
