Its SoaSE, but newer
Its SoaSE, but newer. Unlike a lot of sequels there wasn't a 're-imagining' or 'designed for modern audiences' going on here. If you played SoaSE before you will largely drop right in and that's a good thing. Ironclad knew what made the first great and expanded and improved on it. In a world of marketing focus groups, microtransactions, and e-sports chasing, SoaSE2 steps away from the pack. TL:DR if you liked the first you will almost certainly love this one. If you're a newcomer you're in for a treat.

Just bought the game but so far the games feels fluid
Just bought the game but so far the games feels fluid. Had constant 144fps with no drops. No Denuvo ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ or crappy EULA. There are a lot of UI and QoL features that simply <makes sense> improving upon its predecessor. THIS is what I like to see in games and promote. I can't wait for mods when they come out. If you love the Sins of a Solar Empire I, or any other 4x RTS game, what are you waiting for?
