Hard to put down
If you do not have a wheel, and only have an xbox controller, I advise you to replicate the settings that I have below, in the controller settings in project cars. If you do not do this, you will hate the game. This game may not be as good as Assetto Corsa in terms of steering, handling, and over all life-like simulations; but it is better in terms of online matchmaking (with friends) and graphics. Overall, the game has decent simulation physics. I recommend this for anyone who simply wants to just ride along a track with a group of friends. Steering dead zone: 0 Steering Sensitivity: 30 Throttle dead zone: 0 Throttle Sensitivity: 50 Brake dead zone: 0 Brake Sensitivity: 30 Clutch dead zone: 0 Clutch Sensitivity: 45 Speed Sensitivity: 75 Controller Filtering: 50 Force Feedback: 100 Advanced: Off As for the game, its great; i enjoy it greatly! It has some problems with physics; especially how the car whips sometimes causing you to crash. After 60+hrs of gameplay, i have learned how to counter these deathly whips, making the experience less of an annoyance. The amouint of pleasure you get from surviving a whip is actually pretty damn high. these whips rarely get me. Wheel support is perfection, you plug in the wheel and the game sets it up perfectly (at least for me); you can tweak it further, i feel most of you will be happy with the default wheel settings. Overall, i enjoy this game greatly - almost as much as i enjoy assetto corsa!

Graphics - 10/10 Gameplay - 9/10 (I hate you McLaren F1, I can understand why Rowan Atkinson crashed driving you) AI - 7/10 (reading a lot of criticism about it in the forums clouded my judgment a bit) Online - 6/10 (kids, go play NFS please, i'm sick of you ramming others) Soundtrack - 10/10 (I can leave the main screen on even if not playing, just for the music!) Overall - 8/10

Worth every hour
This game started off with lots of bugs which ranged from the irritating to the just really frustrating.However, when the game worked it was great fun and the online was surprisingly good. The level of realism was up from the previous game i played (Grid Autosport). The tuning option are,. in my opinion a bit too much and at times it seemed certain changes were not realistic and it was a case you needed to check with other people and their setups to get a fast driveable car. The single player game is a bit repetative and in the early months the AI were just too aggressive and again unrealistic. Most of the bugs were eliminated in the various patches and the AI improved. There are still bugs that appear from time to time, but overall for me this is a great game. Ive invested a lot of time in this game and have been amply rewarded. There have been many intense and exciting races online and i am still improving my driving and lap times. In summary, Project cars is a "must have" driving game. It improves when you spend the time to really get to know it and master the various cars.....8.5 out of ten...without the bugs 9.5 :)
