I went in with modest expectations and came out genuinely impressed
I went in with modest expectations and came out genuinely impressed. Destiny 2 wears its Shooter, Action, Co-op influences on its sleeve, and it mostly works. On paper it is Loot, raids and space magic, refined over a decade., and for once the game mostly lives up to that. The difficulty curve is gentle at first and then asks more of you, which felt right. The UI takes a little getting used to, but everything is where you expect it. Easy recommend at full price.

The UI takes a little getting used to, but everything is where you expect it. If you are on the fence, give it a shot.
