A whole new vector-graphics engine gives the game a more adaptable, cleaner user interface, and the fourth in the series builds on the past while adding a host of new features such as media reports, coalition governments, emergency powers, three-party systems and a more sophisticated simulation that handles inflation, corruption and modern policy ideas such as quantitative easing, helicopter money, universal basic income and policies to cover current political topics such as police body cameras, transgender rights and tons more. Me and my buddy played USA, alternating who got to hold the mouse every 4 turns. We tried raising space program funding, cutting the deficit, and working to ensure that everybody had food, schooling, and technology. We lost the election by 6% of the vote. Next run, we eliminated income tax. Turns out, everybody loves when you eliminate the income tax. This was so popular we won the next election with 97% of the vote, and we were able to extend our term limits, make tasers ubiquitous, expanding water cannon use, and making the death sentence available for most crimes. Unfortunately, we could only spend money with no income for so long, and it eventually led us to a hyperinflationary debt crisis in which our GDP dropped to 0 and we were assassinated by a environmental militia. Long story short, if you are going to eliminate income tax, stay 2 terms max . Let the next losers deal with the debt crisis, and die a legend.
