This one kept creeping back into my thoughts during the workday. Day of Dragons leans hard into MMO, RPG, Sim, and that is exactly the part that worked for me. It helps that the premise (Day of Dragons is an online creature survival game set in a large, beautiful) actually shows up in the moment-to-moment play. It never wastes your time with filler encounters. Checkpoints are frequent enough that a bad run never feels punishing. I will be back for another run.
It took an hour to click, and then I could not put it down. The MMO, RPG, Sim mix is what kept me playing; Day of Dragons knows what it wants to be. The pitch — Day of Dragons is an online creature survival game set in a large, beautiful — is delivered without too much filler. Pacing is generous, checkpoints are fair, and the whole thing respects your time. Checkpoints are frequent enough that a bad run never feels punishing. I will be back for another run.
