Exactly what I hoped for
I have around 6000 hours of Crosshair X (before steam integration) and just wanted to say that Matt (from Denmark) on the Dev/Support team personally spent 1hr30min of his time in a Discord call helping me troubleshoot an issue my PC was having with Crosshair X. Extremely knowledgeable, very helpful & friendly.

I got an ad on startup for another program of theirs that was forced on top of every other window. Are you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ kidding me? I paid for this software, the least I expect is not to be advertised to using a window that appears above all others. Functionality wise, it works fine and I've never had issues with it. However, I can't see myself choosing to support software that advertises to it's customers in this manner (putting an advertisement over every other window on the computer at startup) again. I would not recommend buying this, and I'll be looking into replacements for my personal use.
