Chroma Squad (2015)
Chroma Squad (2015) Solid turn based game inspired by Power Rangers. Mark Venturelli pissed off a lot of NFT and Web3 "game" sponsors at Brazil's International Games Festival by giving a speech called "Future of Game Design" but changed it to a new title: "Why NFTs are a nightmare" highlighting the scumminess of NFT and all the bs that comes with that for gaming. The Sponsors really did not like that and the salt flowed for them that day. Fact that they tried to sensor his presentation just goes to show what these people would do to scam people with their BS. This guy is a LEGEND. End of the story. 10/10

This is a great game and everyone who likes Power Rangers and/or tactical RPGs should play it at least once. But the dev went above and beyond with a surprise anti-NFT presentation at a game dev conference in Brazil much to the chagrin of the NFT/Web3 sponsors. Not all heroes wear capes.

Easy recommendation
10/10 This game is amazing. It is different from most games out there, which may bother some people. You run your own super sentai studio. which involves the management stuff: hire actors, buy/craft equipment, upgrade studio, take care of your fan base, hire marketing agencies. And of course, there is the action: fighting monsters, mecha battles. The pros: - Amazing soundtrack. Really, really, really amazing. You'll feel like a child again watching power rangers, black kamen rider or your favorite super sentai show. - Beautiful graphics. The very best 2D Pixel Art style. - Humor everywhere. A lot of hidden references. Pretty cool! - Great squad customization. You cannot create your own character. You assign actors to squad's roles and you can choose their color, name, skill, equips, weapon. You can also choose the name of the squad, the name of the mecha, the catching phrase. - Solid combat. Very fun, specially if you follow the director's instructions. - Lots of content. This game is huge. You can have 15 hours+ of gameplay. The cons: - Can't stop playing it!
