This is how psychological horror game should be done, depending more on human fellings and fears and not on jump scares. In my opinion the game is definitly worth the price mainly because of the story. (I'm still impressed only one person made this game)

Still the king of building demolition. Swing a sledgehammer, plant charges, watch entire structures collapse in glorious physics. Pure sandbox satisfaction on Mars. Story’s weak and missions get repetitive, but the destruction never gets old. Grab it on sale.
