Where to Catch a Void Salmon in Stardew Valley

The Void Salmon is a corrupted fish that can only be caught with a fishing rod in the Witch's Swamp. The Witch's Swamp is only available after completing the Dark Talisman quest for the Wizard. You can find the entrance in the northeastern part of the Railroad portion of the map.

Unlike the other fish that have a chance of appearing in the Traveling Cart inventory, the Void Salmon doesn't. They can only be found at the Witch's Swamp and nowhere else.

You need a Void Salmon to complete the Missing Bundle at theCommunity Center, so consider saving one for that before selling or using the rest!

When to Catch a Void Salmon in Stardew Valley

Since the Witch's Swamp is such a unique location, you can find Void Salmon any time you go there. They are not restricted by time, weather, or season.

Void Salmon will produce Roe when kept in a pond on your farm. Put the Roe in a Preserves Jar to create Aged Roe and sell it for the double the price!
