Shield of Chaos

Hades isn't shy on presenting you with all sorts of challenges and tough enemies waiting in each corner of the underworld. Luckily for you, Infernal Arms are there to save the day, and make each one of your escape attempts unique.

This guide will cover everything you need to know about the Shield of Chaos' aspects, how to unlock them, and what do they bring to the table.

Shield of Chaos Aspects

There's always a total of four Infernal Arms Aspects for each, and you will need nothing but Titan Blood to unlock them (aside from the default Stygian Blade and Heart-Seeking Bow aspects, which are obtained just by starting the game.)

Keep in mind that the fourth and last aspect is always hidden, and it will require a certain number of steps in order to reveal them. Only then you'll be able to purchase and start upgrading them.

Aspect of Zagreus

Aspect: The form in which the shield of chaos of the underworld first revealed itself

Description: "Sometimes the bone-etched visage shudders as though it means to speak"

Ability: Attack & Dash-Strike Damage

Upgrades

• +3% (1x Titan Blood)
• +6% (1x Titan Blood)
• +9% (1x Titan Blood)
• +12% (1x Titan Blood)
• +15% (1x Titan Blood)

Aspect of Chaos

Aspect: After you Bull Rush, your next Special throws multiple shields

Description: "All sprang from the primordial depths; only one artifact bore witness"

Ability: Bonus Shields Thrown

Upgrades

Aspect of Zeus

Aspect: Your Special is replaced with the Blitz Disc

Description: "Once he became king of the Olympians, he truly had nothing left to fear"

Ability: Blitz Disc Base Damage per Hit

• 13 (2x Titan Blood)
• 19 (3x Titan Blood)
• 24 (4x Titan Blood)
• 30 (5x Titan Blood)

Aspect of Beowulf

Aspect: You have Naegling's Board but take +10% damage

Description: "Would that the stalwart warrior-king's sword offered similar protection"

Ability: Dragon Rush Bonus Damage & Area

• +20% (3x Titan Blood)
• +40% (3x Titan Blood)
• +60% (3x Titan Blood)
• +80% (3x Titan Blood)
• +100% (3x Titan Blood)
