This one kept creeping back into my thoughts during the workday. If Action, RPG, Strategy is your thing, Valkyria Chronicles 4 Complete Edition delivers it without much filler. The pitch — A Continent Engulfed in the Bitter Flames of War! Commander Claude Wallace and — is delivered without too much filler. Short sessions work fine here; I rarely lost progress to a bad checkpoint. Checkpoints are frequent enough that a bad run never feels punishing. I will be back for another run.

I went in with modest expectations and came out genuinely impressed. Valkyria Chronicles 4 Complete Edition leans hard into Action, RPG, Strategy, and that is exactly the part that worked for me. On paper it is A Continent Engulfed in the Bitter Flames of War! Commander Claude Wallace and, and for once the game mostly lives up to that. Pacing is generous, checkpoints are fair, and the whole thing respects your time. There is more content here than the price suggests. Worth it, especially on sale.

A friend recommended it and I owe them one. Valkyria Chronicles 4 Complete Edition wears its Action, RPG, Strategy influences on its sleeve, and it mostly works. The pitch — A Continent Engulfed in the Bitter Flames of War! Commander Claude Wallace and — is delivered without too much filler. It never wastes your time with filler encounters. The soundtrack does a lot of heavy lifting in the quieter sections. Easy recommend at full price.
