Not a horrible simulator on its own but dev definitely takes advantage of the obsession of railfans. New routes cost more than entire new games. Pretty sad guys, this is so greedy.

I have always wanted to drive a train, and most boys and probably girls feel the same way. Perhaps it is the thrill of just being in control. The only trouble I have is getting it right. Practise makes perfect and at 91 years of age I still have the spirit of a young person. What I say is have this game installed on your computer and ENJOY!

Barely any tutorials, many things left unexplained
Barely any tutorials, many things left unexplained. Some missions force key combinations which are impossible on my keyboard (Ctrl+=) and the key combinations are hardcoded, meaning: Unchangable. I therefore can't play content I've paid for. When you're trying to drive a cargo train from A to B and your emergency brake locks up for the seventh time without ANY rhyme, reason or information, also not unlocking until the train is at full stop, you're losing any fun you've had up to that point pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥' fast. Gotta add onto that: I only got the main game because the DLC ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ they're doing here is one of the worst money schemes I've ever seen. Do NOT buy this. You're being scammed on close to every level. Glad I got this in a Humble Bundle, otherwise I'd have to force them to give me back my money.
