*By Getting the Deluxe Edition, you get all the DLC, what a STEAL! A nice 4th wall breaking game, for some reason i don't mind the Narrator being talkative lol, you are in Egypt, you take control of a numbers of heroes, who have their own perks, skills, preferred weapon with playstyle, not gonna lie, i like the way that Rebellion Studio finally try to applies Character Progression in this game, i loved it, i just wished it had moar You get to Change/ modifiy / Unlock a number of weapons / skills/ throwbles Primary weapon, Secondary weapon I also loved the "Infinite Mag/ bottomless mag/ Lever Action feed mechanism" in the game, i think this is the 1st time we have this mechanics There's also a Plenty of characters from the DLCs, although they all feel like the same, at least their skills are different A lot of Secret to find, tons of puzzles to solve I loved the Egypt settings for some reason Much better if you can play with friends 7/10 Very Underrated game I hope there's more improvements on the Characters progression, weapons upgrade system, perks, skill tree from Rebellion studio
Not worth the price. It is a fun game but limited replayability. Also, competing for stuff out of chests is just horrible. First come first serve for gold and gems. Best to play solo to have all of it for yourself. Then play online till bored. Puzzles can be griefed while tring to solve in online play locking puzzle doors till you replay the level. Sure you can boot the person but nothing stops you from restarting the level and another person joining and doing the same. Poor design on the developer. Collecting gold is only a short task to unlock a limited amount of weapons. Soloed to get gold and had all unlocked within 5hrs. game is worth $30-35 imo. Because of this i have to down vote.
Sadly, I cannot recommend this game, as much as I was looking forwards to. Pros: - Great theme - Funny narrator - Good graphics - Good performance - Interesting concept Cons: - Too easy - Repetitive - Mechanics that turn a co-op game into a competition between team members - Weapons that are mostly rubbish - Gem system that become meaningless really quickly - Character progression/skill unlock is shallow. Only two powers that really make any difference. Conclusion: I was personally waiting for an updated or re-imagined Zombie Sniper Elite. It was challenging, tense and fun when overcoming vast amounts of zombies. I really like the puzzle element in this game, but the replayability is low due to the puzzle mainly staying the same throughout. The cost of DLC is ridiculous, Sniper Elite allows you to replay a level in multiple ways, which gave them value. This game can be played a couple of times (to clear any puzzles/pickups you missed 1st time) before retiring to the shelf. Sadly, I will give the DLC a miss, unless the price is much lower or there are changes to the game that allow more replayability.
