Not the game for me
As an admin of one of the servers, I have to say that at the moment this game makes almost no sense — apart from its great graphics. The biggest problem is cheaters. They are everywhere: opening locks in seconds, using scripts to locate players, boxes, and other in-game elements. This completely kills the purpose of the gameplay, especially on servers focused on survival, competition, and long-term progression. On top of that, there is no real development of the game. The same bugs have been around for years: random kicks, broken vehicle physics, map loading issues, and general instability. The DLCs that have been released are, in my opinion, a joke — they add things that are basically useless, while the core problems remain untouched. The game has huge potential, but right now that potential is being wasted. The community has been saying it clearly for a long time: server modding could give this game a second life. Admins could create their own mechanics, improve balance, expand gameplay, and build something the developers apparently haven’t been able to deliver for years. I don’t know what direction the developers are going to take, but at this point charging around 48 EUR for the game in this state is just absurd. Nice graphics are not enough when the foundations of the gameplay are full of issues, and honest players have to deal with cheaters and bugs that have been around for years.
