It's a decent game now, but an absolute far cray from what it used to be
It's a decent game now, but an absolute far cray from what it used to be. now its too fast-paced in-your-face and dumbed down to the point even a toddler can play the game. I recommend it because its still a decent build n' fight game. My obvious recommendation however, petition Freejam to release a Robocraft Classic version alongside this "up-to-date" version, so us veteran players can actually get back to what we were good at.

Frustrating more than fun
They had a masterpiece of a game then they said hey everyone loves our game we have a thriving community we are on top of the charts lets put in some loot boxes and completely remove the progression system and completely change the physics of the game and the way guns work so that there is no need for any skill in building anything can fly and anyone with a cube is just as good as anyone else. Top dev - Oh and megabots yea i see that was a great idea and worked well and people loved it yea scrap that and people that took the time to build them screw them too. (Soon after most of the player base says fk you too then and leaves) Company says uh oh they didn't like the loot boxes and no progression hurry lets revert everything we did so we can hopefully get them back but keep the physics and guns changed even through the players hate it we wouldn't want them to think we actually believe we messed up and were being greedy. They completely ♥♥♥♥♥♥ the game over and ruined the game in the name of greed.
