Aside the fact that this game is already ultimately amazing, here is a little wholesome thing about the head developer of this game. I had a bug that would softlock me and not let me play the game. And, when I posted about it in the discussions page for help, Doctor Shinobi, head developer of the game, returned to me and tried to help me. However, her first idea to fix it, didn't work. And she didn't just be like "oh well, it's a random guy anyway." instead, she wanted me to send my save and player data via email. I did so, and she took her time to read through them to see if there is something wrong. But, even there, it seemed fine. But she still kept helping me. Eventually, after some time, I managed to fix the bug and play the game. And I am sure she helped hundreds of other people. And that's amazing. Almost no game devs go to their discussions page and look for players having problems.
You know all those memes about finding a free game that is better than most triple A games and has a genuinely compelling narrative and fun gameplay? That's this game.
