Ready to die? Experience the newest brutal action game from Team NINJA and Koei Tecmo Games. In the age of samurai, a lone traveler lands on the shores of Japan. He must fight his way through the vicious warriors and supernatural Yokai that infest the land in order to find that which he seeks. The Complete Edition contains the full game, as well as the three expansions with additional story chapters: Dragon of the North, Defiant Honor, and Bloodshed's End. Dragon of the North This expansion opens up the Tohoku region, where the "one-eyed dragon" Date Masamune is secretly gathering spirit stones. Defiant Honor Fight your way through the Siege of Osaka's winter campaign as you follow the story of one of Japan's greatest generals from the Warring States period, the brave Sanada Yukimura. Bloodshed's End Join the summer campaign of the Siege of Osaka as the Warring States period draws to a close in this, the final chapter of William's tale. Steam Exclusive Bonus Enjoy wearing the "Dharmachakra Kabuto," a helmet exclusive to the Steam version of Nioh! You can claim yours by selecting "Boons" from a shrine.
First steps: -set nioh.exe and nioh_launcher.exe to win7 compatibility (if you experience crashes). -first level (London) is poorly optimized, so better rush through it and judge the next. -experience this game as Nioh and not as a "Souls" game, tho I draw comparisons here Good
This game is great but recently the servers haven't been working so it's mehhh atm. Please Dev's fix the game pleaseeeee. I was really enjoying my first co-op run through. P.s. Up vote this so they can know and hopefully do something about it soon.
THERE IS A LAUNCHER, I REPEAT THERE IS A LAUNCHER! Right click the game in your steam menu and click 'launcher' to change resolution and settings. It's a back-asswards way of doing it but you can change the resolution and other settings that way. EDIT: At release, the launcher didn't...well...launch, so a lot of people were having issues, they seemed to have fixed it. Regardless, I still recommend this game; it's Samurai Dark Souls with a touch of Samurai Warriors influence thrown in; what's not to love? EDIT 2: Apparently i need to clarify this. When I say 'Samurai Warriors Incluence', I'm refering to the Character designs, especially Nobunaga's. Some are saying that they see more Onimusha in this but I don't remember Onimusha ever being quite like this. Maybe it's just been a while. Hopefully I don't have to edit this review any further.
