Not a bad game, just not one I can recommend without caveats. The Action, Multiplayer side of Melty Blood Actress Again Current Code is fine on paper, but the execution felt thin after the first few hours. The idea (The final episode of the series, "MELTY BLOOD Actress Again Current) is there, but the execution never catches up to it. The pacing sags in the middle third and never fully recovers. It runs well on a mid-range rig, though the later areas get busy. Try before you buy.

It took an hour to click, and then I could not put it down. Melty Blood Actress Again Current Code wears its Action, Multiplayer influences on its sleeve, and it mostly works. The pitch — The final episode of the series, "MELTY BLOOD Actress Again Current — is delivered without too much filler. Short sessions work fine here; I rarely lost progress to a bad checkpoint. The UI takes a little getting used to, but everything is where you expect it. Easy recommend at full price.
