I don't give a crap about Vtubers or anything adjacent, but this game very well may be the best Vampire Survivors type game I've played so far. There are literally dozens of characters to try, and each one has a completely unique set of moves to play with. I'm sure there are a ton of inside jokes that go way over my head. Oh, and it's free. There's no reason not to at least try this game.

The cutest axe psychopath game you’ll ever play
The cutest axe psychopath game you’ll ever play. HoloCure stands out from other Vampire-Survivor-likes by a) having immense build diversity and b) actually posing a challenge during later stages. While some VS-likes have many characters, they mostly devolve into spamming the same overpowered build across 20 characters who differ only mildly in stats. In contrast, the characters in HoloCure each comes with a main weapon and a set of 3 unique skills that drastically influence how they play: You have a smol dodge tank who wants to proc as many hits on opponents as possible, an ASMR mommy who skewers foes the more times she heals, a horny pirate who climaxes over the entire screen if she gets touched too much, an axe psychopath who bonks enemies with Tetris blocks whenever she crits, and so many, many more. As for the difficulty, there are hard mode stages where you have to pay attention to chaining environmental hazards reminiscent of those found in MMO raid battles. Should even these stages become too easy (be it through meta-progression or player skill), you have the option of picking up an item called Halu and levelling it up early—I recommend maxing it by 5 mins. With an early Halu 5, enemies become much more numerous and come at you way faster, making it likely for you to be quickly overrun. This turns the game into a really fun challenge, where every decision you make during the level up screen becomes vital—kinda like Brotato. As a bonus, you level a lot faster and get tons more in-game currency. Play HoloCure! It’s fun, it’s free, and best warukunai sheep girl is coming soon FINALLY HERE!

Let me start by saying
Let me start by saying... HOW IS THIS GAME FREE!?!?!?! If you are a fan of Vampire Survivors or that buillet-hell style of game you are gonna love this. It has all the depth of VS but with even more depth. There are 3 types of items, Weapons which are obviously the way you kill enemies, items that give you a bunch of different passive buffs and what not, and lastly skills which are unique passive skills for each character. Speaking of every character has a unique weapon and item just for them. On top of the normal VS "level up and you get a new item or level up an item" there are anvils that allow you to upgrade you items, and after you max your weapons you can get a gold anvil to combine two weapons into one! it's so cool. You unlock characters by rolling in different gatcha banners that all use the in game currency (no pay to win), and from what I've gathered they are based off real Vtubers? Not a vtuber fan myself but I like the designs none the less. Lastly there are two different types of ways to play the game, the traditional VS hit whatever direction you are walking OR you can use your mouse and AIM YOUR ABILITIES!!! Man it changes the whole game up. It is equally as hard as VS, in fact I would say more so, and while you can definitely tell that this was inspired by VS it is it's own thing. All this and I didn't even mention the customize-able player housing and mini games that are there... I'm sure you could spend hours doing all of that and I haven't' even touch that part of the game yet. TL;DR It's inspired by Vampire Survivors but offers its own unique gameplay and has a lot of things you can dump your time into. 10/10 would recommend.
