I went in with modest expectations and came out genuinely impressed. FPV Kamikaze Drone wears its Action, MMO, Sim influences on its sleeve, and it mostly works. The pitch — FPV Kamikaze Drone is a tactical game focused on FPV drones in modern warfare — is delivered without too much filler. Short sessions work fine here; I rarely lost progress to a bad checkpoint. The soundtrack does a lot of heavy lifting in the quieter sections. Worth it, especially on sale.

Picked this up on a whim and ended up playing it every evening for two weeks. FPV Kamikaze Drone wears its Action, MMO, Sim influences on its sleeve, and it mostly works. It helps that the premise (FPV Kamikaze Drone is a tactical game focused on FPV drones in modern warfare) actually shows up in the moment-to-moment play. Short sessions work fine here; I rarely lost progress to a bad checkpoint. The UI takes a little getting used to, but everything is where you expect it. I will be back for another run.
