Not a bad game, but I wouldn't say i recommend it
Not a bad game, but I wouldn't say i recommend it. I got a decent way through the game and just wasn't having a good time. The message of the game is immediately lost and is put way in the background. I was a fan of the music and I love the art, But the voice acting,dialogue, and combat were all strongly lacking. A game like this didn't really need combat so i'm not sure why they bothered adding the clunky, boring combat at all. The puzzles were fun at first but they ended up just becoming annoying having to walk around for so long. I can see this game is aimed at kids, so I usually wouldn't go this hard on a kids game, but with how dark the original theme is and then how the characters talk after, I don't think I would want my kid playing this. The opening of the game is a little girls parents being killed in a car crash. That is a little more dark than I think this game should have gone for.

Easy recommendation
Figment is a quirky action-adventure which incorporates both music and humour into its fantastical, yet serious narrative. It features themes similar to Disney's "Inside Out" movie, and encourages player reflection throughout the game, being extremely symbolic with its surreal art style, but does so through its flippant and easy-going game mechanics. Figment is typically heavily discounted on Steam (currently 90% off) and is a great addition to Indie lovers’ libraries. Developed by indie developers from Denmark and beginning as a student production, its success is even more impressive. Pros Variable gameplay with both action & puzzles. Gorgeous & symbolic hand-drawn art. Encourages player reflection without over-explaining concepts. Excellent soundtrack and musical segments throughout. Selection of differing puzzles at a casual difficulty.Cons Traversing moving platforms can be quite buggy.Story
