The game is pretty broken out of the gate
The game is pretty broken out of the gate.. HOWEVER- you can mod the game a LOT because the scripting is done through Lua. I've already gone in and changed things I thought would make the experience better. :D

Ok the things this game still has are good and bad
Ok the things this game still has are good and bad. Good things: -Campaign allowed you to approach the goal in non linear way meaning a lot of missions could be completed in multiple ways with multiple approaches meaning you want to sneak or kill everting in site. The story is cheesy it gets you in at least and you get Jack Carver the cynic to become a hero of the hour. Mixed Some of the lvls are pretty good and some are dam crap. The graphics was once boarder pushing but it shows its age. Tough for me its ok. Bad. Some ai difficulty spikes really spike hard, also in just simple installation without mods etc the enemy seas you behind cover ei if you go around tents they shoot trough it with surgical precision. All in all I do recommend this game for me its a bit nostalgic. When this was up I was starting high school, dam I'm getting old.

Still in 2026, this game is still very enjoyable
Still in 2026, this game is still very enjoyable. Could not stop playing the campaign ontil finished. Be careful around difficulty. "Medium" is the way to go first time. "Challenging" you can do another time, cause that ♥♥♥♥ is hard :) 8.5/10 game, and probably 10/10 for the time it was created.
