Remember Rogue Legacy?

Remember Rogue Legacy? 2D action platforming, permadeath, progression in the way of town upgrades, the tantalizing touch of bullet hell. Dungreed is a spiritual successor. Although, if you found the combat in Rogue Legacy somewhat lacking, you will prefer Dungreed by a mile. The dungeons are filled with weapon drops this time around; all with different playstyles, actives, and passives. You may weild two weapons which you can switch between, as well as shields. A big part of Dungreed is deciding which combination of weapons you want to use based on what you've found. There are even some really awesome ranged weapons, each requiring different strategies to properly utilize. Dungreed's variety of weapons and snappy dash-based combat will greatly appeal to fans of Rogue Legacy or action platformers in general.

Still thinking about it

Great game, fun and chill roguelike, doesn't give a ♥♥♥♥ about plot or character and goes all out on whats important to gameplay: smooth controls, fun progression, build variety and balanced progression Love it , review time over so I can go back to play ^^

4.5/5* game

4.5/5* game I didnt even reeeealise ive got 220 hours on this game, so i guess im not allowed to say something bad about it :PP I'm kidding, the game is very fun to play and it hooks you so much if you're into rogue-likes and pixel art(?), even if you die its not that big of a deal because when you get used to it you can clear every sector in less than 5ish mins. The only reason that i would give it a 4.5 is because of the ending, it didnt really feel like there was a ending and after a point i was just speedrunning the game trying different builds and having fun. PS: if this game gets a huge uptade or a secuel i'll cry happy man tears
