Played through this for the first time in 2026 and enjoyed it, this game has held up surprisingly well imo
Played through this for the first time in 2026 and enjoyed it, this game has held up surprisingly well imo. I grew up playing the C&C series games and always enjoyed the campaigns, especially the videos. The Kane's Wrath campaign is very well done, but relatively short and only covers Nod. Without giving any spoilers away, the ending of the campaign is also sort of 'meh' - doesn't have as big of a pop as one might expect. Still, I enjoyed it while it lasted and would recommend it.

I enjoy how every faction has access to increasingly ridiculous military technology. Giant robots? Sure. Orbital laser? Obviously. Nuclear weapons? Reasonable. A man named Kane appearing on a screen and explaining why everything is going according to plan? Apparently mandatory.

Not too much to add because everything from CnC 3 applies to this peak expansion. It's basically an upgraded version of the original game with more great and unique troops, voice lines and perfectly added storyline that explains all the things that happened behind the scenes in the original game and that bridges the previous games a lot better. There's also a new gamemode global conquest which I never really played much because I was bad at it, but it was pretty innovative and interesting imo. The definition of how an expansion/DLC should look like. 8/10
