3 words: PAY TO WIN basically you have to buy the guns (opening cases) eventually getting random weapons that are useless, most of the player get lucky with the first *free crate* that next levels require you to buy the keys to open. many hackers and no cheat prevention resulting to the fact that u die before even re spawn some times.... not recommended at all. i still play it because i dont have anything better to do with my life....
